1. The contact surface of the mounting location of the electric heating device should be flat without any uneven phenomenon.
2. This electric heating device should be kept under drying condition to avoid dipping into water and affecting its insulation ability.
3. Check the installation position and electric voltage to see whether the specifications of the electric heating devices are being matched with each other.
4. After installation,please check whether the inner hexagonal screws are screwed up tightly or not.The screws of connected-wire base and the connected wire screws are also screws up tightly or not .To avoid expansion during heating and shrinkage during cooling to affect the products'life cycle.

三． 安装和使用注意事项：
1、 此电热组件所装位置接触面应无凹凸现象。
2、 此电热组件应放置干燥，避免浸水以免影响它的绝缘性能。
3、 安装时应先检查安装位置与电热组件规格是否相符，使用电压是否一致。
4、 安装以后应再检查内六角螺栓，按线座螺栓及接线螺栓是否锁紧，以免热胀冷缩影响产品的寿命。
5、 本产品应在指定电压下使用，考虑部分地区日夜间电压变动较大，本公司建议使用稳压器，以免影响产品的效率和寿命。
